What are the check-in and check-out times?
Guests can check into their accommodation at Peachy or Peaceful from 2 PM onwards. Check-out time is at 10 AM. If you need to check in earlier or check out later, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Is there a deposit required to secure a booking?
Yes, to secure your booking at Peachy or Peaceful, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable 7 days before your arrival. We accept payment by bank transfer, details will be on our invoice. If you need to cancel your booking, please see our cancellation policy for details on refunds.
Is there onsite parking available?
Yes, we have free onsite parking available for our guests. We do recommend that you lock your car and keep your valuables out of sight.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept payment by bank transfer. Please ensure that you include your booking reference number and the name under which the booking was made. If you have any questions about payment options, please contact us.
Do you allow pets to stay?
No, we are sorry but Peachy and Peaceful are a pet free accommodation.
Is there mobile phone coverage at Peachy and Peaceful?
Yes, there is good mobile phone coverage at Peachy and Peaceful. We offer free Wi-Fi for your use during your stay
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days from arrival will receive a full refund. If you cancel 7 -14 days before check in, you will incur a 50% cancellation fee, namely your deposit. Unfortunately no refunds are given if you cancel within 7 days of the arrival or fail to show up. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please contact us.
Are the cabins suitable for families and groups?
Yes, the cabins are perfect for families or groups. There is one fold out sofa bed in Peaceful and two fold out sofa beds in Peachy for extra guests. Because the cabins are located on the same site, this makes Peachy and Peaceful a great choice for families or groups wanting to holiday together, each having their own space yet close enough to enjoy each others company.
What facilities are available at the cabins?
Free high speed Wifi, complimentary Netflix, a Weber Gas BBQ, outdoor furniture, and a selection of games are just some of the wide range of amenities we offer.
