What are the check-in and check-out times?

Guests can check into their accommodation at Peachy or Peaceful from 2 PM onwards. Check-out time is at 10 AM. If you need to check in earlier or check out later, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Is there a deposit required to secure a booking?

Yes, to secure your booking at Peachy or Peaceful, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable 5 days before your arrival. We accept payment by bank transfer, details will be on our invoice. If you need to cancel your booking, please see our cancellation policy for details on refunds.

Is there onsite parking available?

Yes, we have free onsite parking available for our guests. We do recommend that you lock your car and keep your valuables out of sight.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payment by bank transfer. Please ensure that you include your booking reference number and the name under which the booking was made. If you have any questions about payment options, please contact us.

Do you allow pets to stay?

No, we are sorry but Peachy and Peaceful are a pet free accommodation.

Is there mobile phone coverage at Peachy and Peaceful?

Yes, there is good mobile phone coverage at Peachy and Peaceful. We offer free Wi-Fi for your use during your stay

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We require 7 days' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay. If you fail to show up for your booking without giving us notice, you will be charged the full amount of your booking. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please contact us.
